1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old. You confirm that age during onboarding. The Service is for learning about cloud security concepts. It is not a professional engagement, audit, or penetration test authorization.

3. Educational simulations

Interactive modules, scenarios, and "cascade" outcomes are simulations for education. They are not real security testing, not authorization to access systems you do not own or operate, and not a substitute for professional advice. Do not treat story evidence, scores, or judgments as findings about production systems.

4. Accounts

Sign-in uses a one-time email magic link. You are responsible for access to that email inbox. Keep your username within the rules we publish. We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. License to use content

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning. You may not scrape, redistribute, or commercially republish module content without written permission.

6. Your content and progress

Progress, answers, and account data you generate are processed as described in the Privacy Policy. You grant us rights needed to operate the Service (storage, display of your own progress to you, abuse prevention).

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; the version date and in-product acceptance record apply when you accept a new version.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that simulations reflect any real environment.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (including Indonesian law where it applies), Kyaxris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on educational content. Aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or IDR 0 if the Service is free.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence cannot be waived. Courts in Jakarta, Indonesia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.
