Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets rules for using Kyaxris Academy. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.

Educational use only

Modules simulate cloud security mistakes and responses for learning. They are not real penetration tests, red-team engagements, or permission to probe live systems. Do not use the Service as a playbook to attack systems without explicit written authorization from the owner.

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  1. Attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, or billing controls on the Service
  2. Probe, scan, or attack Kyaxris infrastructure or other users except through features we explicitly provide for learning inside the product
  3. Share magic links or session tokens to impersonate another person
  4. Upload malware, scrape content at scale, or automate account creation to abuse the Service
  5. Harass others, post illegal content, or use the Service to plan crimes
  6. Misrepresent simulation results as professional audit findings
  7. Reverse engineer the Service beyond what local law allows for interoperability
  8. Use the Service if you are under 16 or if your account has been disabled

Respect copyright and trademarks. Do not redistribute course materials outside personal study without permission. See the Copyright Policy.

Reporting

Report abuse or security issues through the contact channels on kyaxris.com. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities until we have had a reasonable chance to respond.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove access, and preserve logs needed for security or legal process. Decisions under this AUP do not limit other rights under the Terms of Service.
